This beautiful, newly built Proctor / North End gem has one bedroom and a spacious loft. Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

Private studio space includes queen-sized bed, full bathroom (with laundry included), large eat-in kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided, and single car parking right out your front door. Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly.

Welcome to Gilbert's Cottage! Be our guest for a night or stay longer if you want access to the greater PNW. Our home sits on an acre in the farmland of the Puyallup valley. Check out downtown Sumner or Puyallup main street for boutiques, cafés, pubs, and local breweries. Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.

Here’s a basic, private space for a peaceful, comfy stay. It’s a detached 220 sq ft one-room cottage. Open concept with claw tub/shower, partitioned toilet area and a sink. You’ll be in a quiet, safe (always be alert) old residential neighborhood. Walking distance to some great local hangouts and a convenience store. Just under 1 mile to Tacoma Dome, short drive/bus to Downtown & Point Defiance, easy access to freeway.
