Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.
