Curtis is less than 5 miles. Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

Tahquamenon falls, whitefish point lighthouse and shipwreck museum, pictured rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi (the big spring, Oswald's bear ranch, sault Sainte Marie, Mackinac Island. or many other things along the shoreline or The UP has to adventure.
