'Cwtyn' - a Cute Country Cottage

Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.

Set on a family farm, the cabin is a peaceful luxurious retreat with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. Cattle graze in open pastures all around. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The hut is situated in the historical village of Clynnogfawr, centrally located between Pwllheli and Caernarfon. The stunning beaches on the Llyn Peninsula is only 20 minutes drive away. No dogs sorry.

This is a very special place with views over the picturesque Llyn Peninsular which will take your breath away. With landscaped grounds and a lake to walk around, or sit beside and watch the wildlife. This beautiful hand made wooden yurt is a response to what guests staying in our old yurt wanted.. something a bit more sturdy and well insulated. It has beautiful views, and everything we think we would need.. a wood burner, double ring gas burner, double bed and two single beds (all bedding provided), a sink and mains electricity and lighting pans, crockery, etc is all provided, It's a perfect hideaway.. You just need to bring a smile and a sense of adventure..
