We’re renting a modern, recently renovated private basement suite with its own entrance and patio. It includes a living area, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker). Enjoy the outdoor patio with a grill and seating area. Free street parking available.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
