Renters must be at least 23 years old and adhere to all resort rules. No pets or smoking allowed, Subject to $300 fine. The newly renovated Sand Castle Penthouse at Cedar Cove Resort has it all. From the private balcony with panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the private beach, to a full kitchen.
