Listowel is only a short walk to local shops, parks, New Plymouth CBD, the hospital, our beautiful coastline, and is located in Westown. 🌻 Relax ~ Enjoy ~ Have fun 🌻

Private Sanctuary with Pool, near the beach

You will love the open plan living, kitchen, dining, and lounge area, which flows into another large games room and out onto the pool deck. The days are easy when all you have to do is swim and sit under the shade sail beside the saltwater pool. The barbeque outdoor area is ready for dining and enjoying the quiet evening and sunset. The owner is situated onsite but in their own private studio which is attached to the house. This is a no party, low noise home.

The Accommodation is a 70sq/m area separate from the house. Self-contained own toilet, shower and kitchenette. It has a queen-sized bed. Lots of secure private off-street parking . Only Guests are welcome to use the heated to 27/28 deg indoor swimming pool. Devonport Cottage - an historic experience

Devonport Cottage is an early historic, Heritage New Zealand Category 2 listed labourers cottage built circa 1840s. It has been furnished with antiques and complementary furniture. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine. With views of Mt Taranaki, we are in the countryside but just 6 minutes to New Plymouth's restaurants, shops and cafe’s. We are now welcoming long stays.
