Suitable for a couple or single occupancy, this charming, well-equipped cottage has a dutch-style box bed, shower and a small kitchen. It is totally self-contained - perfect for safe self-isolation in this unspoilt corner of the west of Ireland. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.

It's set in a beautifully tranquil spot with it's own private garden and parking area. Moore's Traditional Village Pub is 5 minutes walk down into the village. Excellent for stargazing as zero light pollution and for relaxation as zero traffic noise! Surrounded by stud farms and agricultural land.
