Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. “Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Our historic home was built in 1908 with a carriage house in the rear of the property. We have fully renovated the carriage house to be a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.
