Perfect coastal holiday destination surrounded by beaches, national parks, walking trails, golf courses, good food, shopping & more. The unit is opposite & level walk to the beautiful Tura beach, and walking distance to Merimbula's Short Point & Tura Headland. It is a 2-min drive to Tura Beach Golf & Country Club, the Tura Beach shopping centre (with Woolies, chemist, cafe/take aways, butcher), library, medical/dental clinics, bakery; 5-min to Merimbula centre; and, 10-min to Merimbula airport.

Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.

You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The accommodation is one large self contained apartment attached to the main home with a private entrance. Its open layout has the beds, lounge room and kitchenette in one large open space. It borders Tathra's famous mountain bike tracks which can be accessed in a few pedal strokes. The beach and local shops are within a short walk. Tathra itself is surrounded by the Mimosa and Bournda National Parks.
