Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahre 1503 und wurde 2008 mit viel Liebe komplett renoviert. Sie ist luxuriös ausgestattet: Gaszentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im EG, Sauna, urgemütliche, geräumige Wohnküche mit Kachelofen, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse.

Dieser Original-Troadkasten ist 300 Jahre alt und wurde liebevoll zu einer romantischen Hütte in Traumlage im Nationalpark Kalkalpen umgebaut. Hier können zwei Personen das ruhige Landleben genießen. Der ehemalige Getreidespeicher ist modern ausgestattet mit Sauna, beheiztem Whirlpool zur alleinigen Benützung auf der Terrasse und einem gemütlichen Kamin. Wandern und Mountainbiken vor der Haustüre, Ski- und Thermengebiete in unter einer halben Autostunde erreichbar.
