This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Recently-renovated to a very high standard detached dwelling in Waipahihi Bay, 3 minutes' walk from the lakefront and a 4 minute drive from central Taupo. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this apartment is brand-new as of late 2019, and is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. Free off-street parking is available immediately outside, and bicycles are available to explore the area. Sunset views of the lake and mountains are visible from the front of the property and main house in front.

We love this beautiful little self contained alpine chalet style house we have created on our property. Only 15 minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to either the lake front or the town centre, it is perfectly situated for a break in Taupo. With a double bed , bunk beds, sofa bed, beautiful kitchenette, wood burning stove, coffee machine, large TV, lounge area, dining area and off street parking, this newly refurbished property has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay.

New Entire Guesthouse

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit with large private deck. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, opposite the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the new comfy innersprung mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind. Past guests have rated our place a ‘Guest Favourite’ and felt right at home

A Quiet, peaceful hideaway by the Waikato river

Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, all you need for a great getaway. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. PLEASE read the descriptions carefully BEFORE booking to make sure our unit is adequate for your need.

The Woodward Nook

This private nook is perfect for those looking to explore the region while enjoying a quiet, comfortable space to unwind. Your room includes a super king bed, couch, a kitchenette and a coffee machine. The space has its own entrance for added privacy, and you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Please note: a friendly dog lives upstairs— you will hear the occasional patter of paws. Located 3 minutes drive from town, it’s a great base to enjoy everything Taupo has to offer.

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town.
