Self-contained downstairs holiday apartment with 1 Q. sized bedroom, own entrance, the beach & reserve just across the road. Modern & contemporary, the building had a leak but the apartment is warm and dry, protected by covered scaffolding. This was adjusted and no longer restricts access. There are no building works taking place. F&P Double DishDrawer Dishwasher, Miele stove and oven, Nespresso, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart Samsung TV & Sonos sound-bar, quality outdoor furniture, beach towels.
