Casa Utopia è una dimora unica situata nel cuore delle antiche contrade di Santarcangelo. Prende il nome dal murales dell'artista Ericailcane realizzato su una delle sue facciate nel 2020, ispirato al romanzo "Utopia" di Thomas More. La Casa è un ampio open-space su due piani, con un piccolo giardino in cui è possibile rilassarsi nella più totale privacy, pur essendo in pieno centro storico. Dotata di ampia zona giorno con libreria, cucina a vista, due bagni, camera da letto con TV, e veranda.

Felici di accogliervi nella casa dei nostri sogni, immaginata da una vita e finalmente trovata, vi proponiamo un soggiorno immersi nella pace e in totale contatto con la natura. Il casolare dove viviamo e dove vi invitiamo è sotto il borgo di Mondaino, costruito a meta' 1800 e ristrutturato negli anni 80 da una coppia di artisti londinesi, che lo ha abitato fino a poco fa, donandogli uno stile semplice ma creativo. Da anni ospitavano su airbnb e noi con piacere portiamo avanti il progetto.
