The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Feijoa lodge

Situated on the edge of a small orchard of feijoa fruit trees over looking native bush and farmland with a stream running through it. The cottage has a private setting with a large deck area. The property is on state highway two, 2 minutes to Katikati town which has a large variety of dining choices and services including a large supermarket .20 minutes to the city of Tauranga ,the beach & Mount Maunganui.Beautiful Waihi beach is approximately 12-15 minutes drive away.

Kia ora. 21morero is a 100 year old bungalow that we have owned for 20 years. It's where we raised our family and now we would like to share it with others. It's a place to relax: snuggle up with a book from the small library, cook something delicious in the well appointed kitchen, have a run on the treadmill, share a glass of wine around the family dining table, or chill out in your comfortable room. This 110 year old villa is a pleasure to spend time in.
