The Flat-Private & Comfortable unit - Lake Tekapo

This cozy unit is perfect for 1-2 nights. It’s clean & comfortable with your own private bathroom. Enter from the private deck where you can relax in the sunshine or stargaze at night. Relax in the living room with a smart TV & unlimited Wifi. Heatpump/AC to heat or cool you depending on the season. While this unit is attached to our home it is completely private to you. Please note this unit only has a microwave for reheating food no cooktop. Jug, toaster and fridge are available.

Sunset Chalet - Intimate, restful and relaxing.

Sunset Chalet is a cosy one bedroom Chalet, self contained with bathroom, shower and kitchenette. One comfy queen bed, patio /deck and seating. Perfect for a couple. Only a short walk to the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Church of the Good Shepherd, Lake Tekapo, Dog statue and the walk bridge. Shared lawn and garden with Lakeview Cottage on the bank of the Tekapo river where the view of Lake Tekapo is outstanding. Loved by almost all our guests for what it is.

Take a Break in the Country - 1 Bedroom Apartment

This apartment is situated 5 minutes off Inland Scenic Route 72 and less than 20 minutes from the friendly farming village of Geraldine. Use the apartment as a launch pad to local activities in Peel Forest (horse treks and bush walks), Lake Tekapo (ice skating, snow tubing, day spa and hot pools), Mt Cook (beautiful scenic walks and helicopter rides), or just a place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of town. We are a working farm running cattle, chickens and 1 dog.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Xantippe Downs - Separate unit in Peaceful Setting

Separate studio is ideal for couples, solo travelers or business person. Located not far from the town centre but has a rural feel, giving you peace and quiet. Queen bed, fridge, toaster, tea/coffee facilities, continental breakfast and Wifi (now with Satellite giving good connection) A nice comfortable and cosy place to stay. Geraldine is a vibrant town offering boutique shopping, cafes and numerous outdoor activities. Access is via a Lock Box, giving you total control.

This new self contained unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,1 living area, and a modern kitchen. 1 king bed,2 single bed and a sofa bed. It is suitable for a group of 5 guests. It's a family-friendly house with kids toys/books. Super comfy beds. You will enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay at this place. 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to supermarket, lakeside or town business center. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.

Arle's Nook

Arle’s Nook is just that, it’s a little nook nestled amongst our slice of paradise. From comfort & warmth of a newly built cabin you over look our small farm and have some amazing mountain views and some equally amazing sunsets. Peace & tranquility take over as you are far enough out of town, while actually only being 2 minutes from Temuka's Town Centre, 15 minutes from Timaru's Caroline Bay and Town Centres Cafes and Shops and 8 minutes from Fonterra's Clandeboye Site.

Self contained bedsit.

Sunny, self contained rooms including separate kitchenette & bathroom with access to shared deck & garden. Own access, twin single beds & free ON STREET PARKING. No extra cleaning fee. I personally clean thoroughly and sanitise all hard surfaces, but expect you to clean, dry & put stuff away that you use where you found them. Bus is Myway, which you book & it picks to up close by or 25-30 minutes walk to town centre, 5 min drive. Supermarket 10 mins walk.

The delightful town of Geraldine which is on the main route to Mt Cook & Queenstown is only a few minutes drive away. Rivendell is a traditional New Zealand villa and is situated in a secluded position with beautiful gardens and offers peace and tranquility. The studio unit which is situated at the rear of the property and is attached to the main house has all the facilities you would require.

Blue Star Inn Tekapo

Great for quick and simple stay at a tiny unit in Lake Tekapo! The private guest room (29sq) which is completely separated by a wall and a locked door from owner's space with own entrance, a bed room, a living room, a bathroom and kitchenette. No kitchen! The space is allowed staying up to 2ppl. Not acceptable staying with small kids. We provide a room with a king-size bed.
