Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. From hiking in the wilderness, canoeing and kayaking the pristine waters of Killarney, fishing the waters of Tyson Lake & Spoon Lake or just relaxing with a good book. (Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
