This charming home is located on the banks of the Wabi River on a quiet and peaceful area in the heart of downtown New Liskeard. The outdoor deck is covered by a canopy of mature cedars overlooking the river with views of the Armstrong St Bridge and Lake Temiskaming. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the towns famous Boardwalk and Marina as well as many other amenities including some of the area best bars/restaurants, the Empire Theatre, LCBO, Tim Hortons, mini golf, and many other great attractions.

This is an older but clean house as you can see in the pictures! It has wood paneling Very retro/ cottage atmosphere to it. But it’s in good clean condition. A 4 bedroom place on the water at a great value!
