Fork Inn Lodge - Love 'n Laugh Room (#3) CL3

Room with queen bed and private full bathroom in Gorgeous Lodge surrounded by forest, lake, and farm. In amazing Big East Fork Valley. Guests have access to Indoor and outdoor porches, kitchen, living room, spacious front, back, and side lawns, pond, hiking trails and outdoor games. 2 night minimum. NOTE: Rental is for private room / private bathroom in a shared house. We have the right to move you to a nearby room of equal or higher value if another party wishes to rent the entire house.

Big South Fork Lodge - Deluxe Family Room

Clean, fresh, spacious lodge room on a horse campground. Room includes 3 queen beds, large seating area and kitchen space with full size refrigerator and microwave. There is a shared porch with rocking chairs grills and a fire pit. Big South Fork Lodge is located at the entrance to the Big South Fork National River Recreation Area. We have direct access to the Cumberland Valley Trailhead of the Big South Fork N. R. R. A. with 300+ miles of hose trails and 400+ miles of hiking trails.

The Franklinn- Room with a View (hot tub opt)

2nd fl bedroom in huge farmhouse. Has queen bed, couch, desk. Shares bathroom with bedroom #5. Rural paradise with abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, bobcat, red-tail hawk, osprey, fox, hedgehog) in the protected Big East Fork Valley watershed. Shared space include front and back porches with rockers, kitchen, living room (with TV), dining room, and forest/meadow views. Adjacent to horse barn. Outside hot tub ($50 set up fee). Minutes from Lake Gratitude. Hiking trails from your door

Smoky Mountain Raven's Roost

Arrive at Hiwassee Acres, our farm, and horse ranch and let us get you into our new studio suite in our nature lodge. This suite is complete with a queen bed, full sized kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom with a tile shower, and a wall mounted TV that swivels! And, if you want to remain connected, we include good quality internet access! Our lodge has an upstairs work space, and a full lobby downstairs - a great place to hang out with your friends. NO CLEANING FEES!

LakeTrail Lodge E-Wing- outside hottub opt LT-EW

The East Wing of the LakeTrail House contains the Master bedroom the Sunroom and the full kitchen. Private outside hot tub ($100 fee in advance for cleaning & setup). A private deck is yours to enjoy with inspirational views of the surrounding forest. A ten minute walk through the forest takes you to a 6 acre lake and the Lake Gratitude Natural Area. The East Wing has a dinette and kitchenette. Full kitchen available for fee if the West wing is not rented. NO PARTIES

Roamstead's Lodge Room

Step out onto the porch to overlook the campground and streams. Plus, you’re just a few steps away from coffee and cocktails right downstairs.

Schoolhouse 2BR/2BA @ Hachland Hill

The Schoolhouse, with logs over 200 years old, is situated on 90 acres of stunning, natural beauty (flowers, shrubs, spring fed creek, abundant wildlife) +hiking trails for your enjoyment. It is a completely private cabin with its own entrance. Main floor (king bed, bath, TV, fireplace), and lower level offers kitchenette, Queen (luxury) sleeper sofa and additional full bath, TV and fireplace.

Fork Inn's Blackberry House - Patriot Room

Queen Bed, Shared full Bathroom with Room #2 (Wicker room). Shared Kitchen, Dining area, and Living room. Steps out to beautiful patio. Blackberry bushes line the ridge. All you can eat when in season. Watch the thorny branches when hiking the Vision Quest trail down to the pristine creek and continue on to Big East Fork Farm and Lake Gratitude.
