La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Large country house with a large and beautiful swimming pool located on a gentle hill just out of the center of San Gemini (one of the most beautiful Italian small town). Rental cost includes bed linen and pool cleaning. The house is rented for 8 or 10 people, but if you are a smaller group please tell us and we try to arrange a better price.
