Escape to a private 80-acre woodland, just 10-15 minutes from the historic, and picturesque, city of Salisbury. Enjoy tranquil trekking trails, or relax by the secluded lake. Glide through the trees, from the fun kids treehouse, on our 100 ft zip-line, or wind down by immersing yourself in nature with a good soak in our wood-fired Dutch tub. We believe our guest cottage offers the perfect balance of natural and peaceful comfort; ideal for romantic escapes, family adventures, or digital detoxes.

The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

Extra special bespoke quadruple bunk bed room with slide! Lots of toys provided to keep kids entertained! Hot tub, daybed, the ultimate relaxation spot! Large decking area adjoining the hot tub with lots of comfortable garden furniture. This cottage is situated on our private country estate consisting of 7.5 acres.

The Nest

This charming 3-bed cottage with private parking and garden is situated in Shawford, near to the historic town of Winchester. Walks along the River Itchen, swimming, fishing and picnic spots are on your doorstep. Local pub in Shawford and pubs in nearby village of Twyford. Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

The Saw Mill Cottage, West Tytherley.

A peaceful retreat in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. With access to miles of public footpath walks from the front door, the Saw Mill Cottage is a beautifully presented 1800's property. Set overlooking open fields and distant woodlands, this spacious and comfortable accommodation is just the place to relax, walk or use as a base for visiting the local area.One well behaved dog welcome. Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream

Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

The Cowshed

A beautifully converted milking parlour with garden, far reaching views and bordering The New Forest National Park. Situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton it is an ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs, restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge, and Paultons Park. Can be rented in conjunction with neighbouring barn, newly refurbished and recently launched 'Strides Barn" (sleeps 6).

Cottage Near Peppa Pig World and New Forest

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.
