We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. The home is 890 square feet but, feels so much bigger & includes a 1 car garage, deck, outdoor shower and cowboy pool!

The Seahorse is a new non-smoking 1/1, 400sqft apartment with 10ft ceilings located across the street from Lake Madeline. The apt. is located on the first floor of our home with its own private entrance along with 2 private decks overlooking the lake. Guests have use of our pool and our grounds, Koi pond, and green-house. The apt has everything you may need to enjoy your stay with us.
