Stunning sea views just steps from the beach

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

Unwind to the stunning sea views whilst enjoying a walk along the beach or explore the many tourist attractions that the area has to offer. Walk the prom into Margate, wander into the delightful local town of Westgate-on-Sea where there are independent shops, pubs, restaurants and a Cinema, or explore using the kayaks or bikes provided. Characterful sea view flat

Welcome! This beautiful old building sits above the old Lido in Margate, a short walk from the Turner Contemporary and Old Town. You can be on the beach in 3mins or sitting in one of Cliftonville's many beautiful cafes. My flat is light and airy with wooden floors throughout. A great weekend spot! Please note in winter this period building can get cold! so pack a jumper. There are also some bars nearby that open late. These can be a bit noisy on the weekends (if you’re not in the bars).

A large terraced house on a quiet green square, perfectly located 5 mins walk away from the beach and all Margate attractions. A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
