Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.
