Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. You can also walk to the many other shops, cafes and restaurants. In Alnwick is the wonderful Barter Books where you can browse at your leisure and make good use of the cafe on site. Only a very short drive is the coast. Miles of beautiful beaches overlooked by impressive castles. What could be better?

Welcome to our holiday home. It's a lovely three-bedroom, three bathroom house located just behind the famous Barter Books, about 4 mins walk from the centre of historic Alnwick. It's also perfectly located (about a 10 min walk) for Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Newly decorated/carpeted, the house is the perfect place for a Northumbrian break. Alnmouth Bay is just under 10 mins drive, with Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh about another 15 mins away.

Safe parking is adjacent to the cottage and secure storage for bicycles is available. WiFi is free of charge within the cottage. No smoking. No pets.
