The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. While staying here you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub and community grills. Everything you need is provided from detergent to wifi. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

3 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room. This Frisco home is great for friends and family get togethers! Fabulous swimming pool ($90/day if you choose to heat) hot tub (no charge), outdoor dining. Modern amenities such as cable TV, high speed WiFi. Located close to the quaint downtown Frisco area, Frisco Rail Yard and a close to the North Dallas Tollway. Short drive to many restaurants and grocery stores. Near Toyota Stadium. Frisco Commons Park is a block away.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
