Arguably Irelands best scenery, enjoy views of Dingle Peninsula/Coumeenoole Bay, the Blasket Islands and Dunmore Head. The famous Coumeenoole beach is a 10 minute stroll, Dingle town is 10 miles away and Killarney 50 miles.

A great base for discovering Valentia Island, Skellig Rocks, Numerous Beaches & Golf Courses. Located within the Dark Sky Reserve, the Farmhouse has 3 Large Roof Windows, so star gazing can be done while relaxing indoors!! Ideal location for walkers with the Beentee loop walk and Cnoc na dTobar pilgrim path close by.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !
