We are close to the airport, great beaches, public transport, restaurants/dining, open views. This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.

The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
