The two level house (30 meters from the sea) consists of a nicely decorated living room with WC, that leads to a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining. On the first level, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their own balcony, one of which has a magnificent view of the sea. The house has stone floors which makes it cool,especially during the summer! It has also an outside douche, kiosk and barbeque. The house is part of a complex called Kallidendro.

Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες.
