Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.

It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.
