When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

The king size bed is on the second floor, the bathroom is on the first floor with spiral staircase to go downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools and dishes, vaulted ceiling with skylight windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. Access to our personal dock for swimming and boating. Wake up to breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, wander the beach, soak in the hot tub, wrap up in a spa robe, and get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace. Cook on the gas stove, dine on the deck, breathe in the fresh forest air. Always fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Tiny House w/Private Beach + Kayaks

Enjoy a Puget Sound getaway while trying out tiny living. This tiny house is set on a one acre waterfront lot in a rural wooded setting. It has the amenities of home, just in smaller size. Access the beach via our private trail, paddle our kayaks, stargaze from the loft skylight, or hike the woodland trails at the state park close by. 15 mins to downtown Olympia, 8 mins to Lacey.
