Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

Parcheggio privato con accesso diretto al vialetto di ingresso; bagno con doccia; zona giorno ampia e luminosissima con divano letto, cucina e balcone con completa vista mare; piano superiore con camera da letto, armadio, scrivania e cassettiera. La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo oltre che di un giardino. L'ingresso indipendente consente il distanziamento sociale.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.
