A cosy, stone built, terrace cottage in the heart of Timsbury - a perfect hideaway for 2. Freshly painted through out (spring 2024). The local co-op and pub are 5 minutes walk along the lane. A memorial garden at the top of the lane allows you to take a seat in the fresh air. The tiny chip shop can provide your dinner - highly recommended, and a brand new cafe ‘The Square’ are less than a minutes walk. Plenty of country walks on your doorstep and the world heritage City of Bath is only 6 miles.

The Cowshed

The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

The accommodation we are offering is a timber clad self catering apartment set within our grounds with secure parking. On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. Ideal for guests attending the wedding locations at Priston Mill, Radford and Camerton. The Cobblers, detached retreat near Bath & Bristol

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Beautiful barn with outstanding views.

A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!

My Little Studio

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

This newly decorated, modern basement apartment is nestled in the heart of Bath's countryside, with panoramic views. With its own separate entrance, the studio features brand-new amenities, modern furnishings, Wifi and off-road parking. Located 5 miles from Bath's city centre, you can easily drive or take a 25-minute bus into town, 100m from the front door. The studio sits 2 minutes away from the village grocery shops and 20 minutes from Bath's famous Skyline Countryside Walk.

A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Full en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed. 3 Double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living room & dining room Guests have exclusive use of The Annexe and patio area adjacent to it. The Annexe can accommodate up to 8 people

The Engine House near Bath

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.

Camerton Inn Cottage

This newly refurbished property is furnished to the highest of standards. Bedrooms have Hypnos beds and mattresses with 43" 4k Ultra HD TVs. A larger 55" TV in the living room with Blu Ray DVD player. A large L-shaped sofa and further 3-seater sofa in the living area means there is plenty of room to relax. Fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, American Fridge freezer with water cooler and ice maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
