There is a wrap around drive for easy boat access and outdoor outlets for boat charging. Rentals of wave runners, pontoons and ski boats are available nearby. I am your host Karine Raksnys. Plenty of parking for your boat! This newly remodeled two bedroom cottage is close to Pickwick Lake and JP Coleman State Park. We provided you with a microwave and coffee maker if needed. There are pots/pans, dishes, pot holders, dish rags available as well. There is also a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. Pets allowed upon host approval & additional deposit. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Garbage collection is every Monday morning.

Private, cozy cabin located across the road from JP Coleman state Park which is by Pickwick Lake on the TN river. Partial water view in the winter. Enjoy walking you fur baby or jogging in the park. The lake is famous for large and small mouth bass, crappie, catfish Water skiing, and wake boarding Boat ramp is about a 5 minute drive from cabin located at the park. Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

Beautiful "cabin" located just 1.7 miles from the state line boat ramp. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on 1.4 acres at the end of a short street with ample parking for both cars and boat trailers. It sleeps 13 in beds, 15 with use of couches . Large open kitchen and living area for all those family game nights. This is our lake house that we use frequently but we have decided to open it up for others to enjoy when we are not lucky enough to be there.
