Welcome to Titirangi -"Fringe of Heaven" in Maori. Nestled in beautiful native trees, our self-contained, freshly renovated downstairs studio is private with a separate entrance, large deck, undercover parking, kitchen (cooking facilities, fridge etc.) & bathroom. A short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops. We love sharing our home with guests & we have travelled extensively around N.Z & the world. We are happy to provide advice & help when required.

Valley Views Farm Cottage

A unique farm cottage overlooking a valley farm with animals close at hand. Laze in the outdoor claw foot bath on a private deck, or warm up by the outside fire. A beautiful bathroom with a large tiled shower awaits after a long day adventuring, the rustic kitchenette and outdoor BBQ will let you feed your soul while you sit and enjoy the view! 10 mins from West City Mall and on one of the main routes to Piha, 30 mins to Piha Beach. Nestled between other farm buildings by still very private.

The Black Barn

In the heart of wine country, this loft-inspired renovated barn is truly one of a kind. Whether you’re in the area for a wedding or a romantic getaway the Black Barn is the place to stay. With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. Nestled amongst native rainforest is this secluded getaway only 10 mins to the motorway and 20 mins to Bethells Beach.

We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
