Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Bienvenidos a "La Buena Vida" Our newly developed guesthouse is a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing space. The house offers complete privacy, with no shared spaces except the gate entrance. It has a beautiful backyard with a new Jacuzzi and BBQ, and a Gazebo. Enjoy nature, exotic birds, clean air, and a lovely breeze. We are located in a safe closed community, 5 min. drive from Atenas and 35 min. from the airport. If you need car rental, ask us for referrals.
