On the very spot where there used to stand an old farmhouse, a new house was built in the traditional local architectural style with wooden balconies and a stone façade. The holiday flat has been furnished with everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Appartment in Triglav National Park (Tolmin)

My place is close to Tolmin (only 4 km), but already in the Triglav National Park. Enjoy an active relaxation or a peaceful nook: fresh summer temperatures; unspoiled nature of the Zadlascica valley, meadows and forests; a beautiful view of the mountains: Razor, Globoko, Skrbina ... and of the surrounding villages; peace, yet not loneliness; home made products (garden vegetables, potatoes, honey, cheese, cottage cheese ...); getting to know farm life and domestic animals.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
