The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. Cosy Private Cottage in Wrotham, Kent Downs AONB

Set on the edge of Wrotham village in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This self contained one bedroom cottage comes with free off street parking and use of a large cottage garden. We welcome well behaved dogs. A two minute walk into Wrotham Village, with a picturesque church, village shop, and three pubs including the AA Rosette awarded Bull Hotel. Now with a newly completed private patio to the rear solely for guest use. Dog secure with high gate.

The Oast Cottage: Private Annex with own entrance.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
