This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Sa situation est idéale avec la gare de Herstal à 2 minutes de marche et sa proximité avec la cité ardente ! Rendez-vous dans le centre de Liège en 10-15 minutes en voiture pour y découvrir cette ville aux multiples facettes !

Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Dit door weilanden omringde appartement is erg landelijk gelegen langs de Mergellandroute en op korte afstand van Maastricht en Valkenburg. Zowel vanuit de woonkamer als de slaapkamer heeft men een prachtig uitzicht over het heuvellandschap. Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. Duplex has a spacious living & dining room, small & well equipped kitchen. It offers 1 double and 1 single bedroom on 1st floor and a large attic double bedroom! Our guests always have some bubbles & biscuits or fruits and we offer good supply of free coffee & tea!

Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. Beste ligging in het centrum van de stad. Aan de binnenkant van de kleine ring en toch rustig gelegen aan het Leopold parkje. 50m van de Century de place to be met zijn grote ( verwarmd) terrassen. Het appartement ligt op 6 minuten wandelen van het station. Grote markt is slechts 1 minuut stappen door de Koning Albert straat. ( de shopping straat) We bieden gratis fitness dagpas aan bij I fitness in de TT wijk op 5 min wandelen.

Guillemins Station | Bright studio with balcony

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.
