Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 38 km from Rovinj, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna, and a patio with lake views.
