The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others will be staying in campervans, touring caravans and tents. Max five pitches. A simple camping cabin. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower.

This two-bed cottage is spacious, peaceful and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Topsham. It is a stone's throw from the boutique shops on the highstreet as well as the pubs and restaurants on the water. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with an additional sofa bed downstairs so could sleep up to 6 adults. Please request the use of the sofa bed and linen can be provided at extra cost
