Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Enjoy this beachy and spacious home that sits less than 1 mile from Santa Clause Beach and downtown Carpinteria, and a 12 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara. The home boasts tall cathedral ceilings with lots of natural sunlight, 65 inch flat screen TV, an outdoor fire pit to enjoy under the stars, a bbq grill, outdoor dining table, and generous backyard space.
