Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.

Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, wifi. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
