The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

La proprietà, costruita su un unico livello e totalmente recintata, è ideale per famiglie con bambini e gruppi d'amici alla ricerca privacy, sicurezza e facilità d'accesso. A poco più di 10 minuti a piedi (4 d'auto), si trovano due spiagge di sabbia bianca con acqua cristallina e fondali bassi, perfette per i bambini e tutti.

La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque.
