Independent studio part of a set of three buildings. Below the main house you will discover our studio on the ground floor on the swimming pool with its hammam, its swimming pool and its bathroom. Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

La casa es muy cómoda y está bien ubicada tanto para ir a la playa como para hacer excursiones en bicicleta, tiene cerca nuestro famoso camí de cavalls, una ruta preciosa para disfrutar tanto a pie como en bicicleta. Cerca del faro de Favaritx. Para ir al supermercado mas próximo debes ir a Mahón, son 10 minutos en coche. Imprescindible llevar coche. No hay lineas de bus.

La vivienda dispone de todas las comodidades, calefacción central y A/A. En la planta baja esta la zona de día, con un aseo de cortesía, cocina, comedor, lavadero, un amplio salón con chimenea y acceso a una acogedora y espaciosa terraza. En la primera planta se encuentran las habitaciones, baño completo en-suite y terraza.
