At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Only one hour from the CBD yet it feels like another world. Watch the sun rise over the escarpment rising above the glorious Hawkesbury River and drift off to sleep to the rhythm of gently lapping waves. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee. Perfect for writers, artists, boaters, photographers and nature lovers. Recharge and make memories!

Absolute Waterfront Retreat with Own Pool

Renovated coastal themed house with direct water access to the lake, and a private pool. North facing in a tranquil location at the bottom of a long drive away from the road with unrivalled lake views. Watch the pelicans and black swans glide by. Located on the central coast an hour and a half from Sydney and close to many beaches and amenities. A public jetty is two doors down for launching boats and the house has a small boat ramp for fishing/launching kayaks.
