You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
