Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Αποτελεί τον απόλυτο προορισμό για όσους αναζητούν την ηρεμία, την επαφή με την φύση, τα μαγικά τοπία και την περιπέτεια. Το σπίτι μας διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα, σαλόνι με τζάκι, μπάνιο και 2 ξεχωριστούς εξωτερικούς χώρους για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας με εξαιρετική θέα , την οροσειρά των Τζουμέρκων αλλά και ένα ξεχωριστό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

Πρόκειται για μια πολυτελή βίλα 100 τμ με ιδιωτική πισίνα 24 τμ που αποτελείται από δυο ορόφους.Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες με μπαλκόνι και ένα μπάνιο, ενώ στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει το σαλόνι η κουζίνα και η τραπεζαρία, καθώς και ένα ακόμη μπάνιο. Η βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα, ενώ διαθέτει καναπέ που μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε Queen size κρεβάτι, αυξάνοντας έτσι τον αριθμό των ατόμων που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει. Επίσης είναι φιλική σε ΑμΕΑ
