Nepremičnina je pred kratkim obnovljena s finimi lesenimi zaključki. Vsaka soba ima enojne postelje (2 za zakonske postelje in 4 za štiriposteljne), kopalnico z zasebno prho, posteljnino (rjuhe, odeje, brisače). Dve četverokotni sobi uživata v veliki pokriti terasi z mizo in stoli. Obstaja wifi sistem in varnostna oprema (komplet za prvo pomoč, gasilni aparati).
