Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

The Cabins at Currier Landing, featured in Dwell as “Three Magical Tiny Cabins Take Root in a Maine Forest,” are located on the Thos. Currier Saltwater Farm. Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

#16 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots, pans), a bedroom with king bed, a living room with a comfortable futon and a trundle bed (2 twins, one pulls out from underneath). A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area, and free Wi-Fi. All guests have access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, outdoor kitchen, grill, hot tub, and bonfire pit.

Lamoine Modern Guest House

Relax, recharge, & escape here. A unique & peaceful guest house in the woods of Lamoine, Maine with large windows looking out to the woods. Close enough to Bar Harbor / Acadia National Park (45 minutes) but removed from the hustle & bustle. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. Enjoy all weather with our new wood stove fireplace surrounded by large windows. Welcome to our home in the heart of MDI Bar Harbor. 3 bed 2 1/2bath 3300 sq/ft.Fits 10 comfortably, the 4th sleeping space is the big sun room with a queen sleeper sofa , but can accommodate up to 12 upon request with 2 rollaway beds for extra charge per person. Our house is spacious and cozy. Located conveniently away from the busy town, only a short trip to every location on the island. Small cul-de-sac neighborhood in private setting. 6 people hot tub, sauna , fire pit, swing.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Acadia National Park-Large & Cozy Apt.-Trenton, ME

Wicket Good Road is a private apartment in a wooded/garden setting. 12 miles from Acadia National Park, 14 to Bar Harbor and tourist attractions, and five miles to Ellsworth and essentials. Large deck with grill for dining in or out, well equipped kitchen, large screen TV, air conditioning (it can get hot in Maine, believe it or not), comfortable queen bed, large outdoor space with gardens and quiet. And great wifi! It's a comfy base of operations for summer fun in Maine!

We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, beach cruisers, an outdoor shower, hot tub, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and a cozy wood stove in the winter.

Keep life simple at this cozy, peaceful and private little "cottage in the woods". Centrally-located to many attractions such as Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Whale Watching, Lobster Fishing tours. Less than 5 minutes from local Ellsworth restaurants, unique shops, gas stations and supermarkets. The enclosed sunroom is perfect for morning coffee, winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or curling up with a good book on the boat bed.

Daylily Cabin

Experience the peace and quiet of a private house less than two miles from Acadia National Park! Daylily Lane is the perfect location so close to Acadia but away from the crowds of downtown Bar Harbor. During the summer and early fall, we prefer Sunday to Sunday rentals but allow shorter stays in the late fall and spring. We also are open to longer stays such as multiple weeks, month-long or more. Please message us if you’re interested in a longer stay.

Making touring in Acadia easy with trails, sites, and Bar Harbor within easy access. Walk right from the cottage to access the carriage roads and the Giant Slide Trail which leads up Sargeant Mountain.
